Our eighth VSF Junior Graded Series event was held in Wangaratta with 52 entrants participating. Alot of players made the journey to Wangaratta and had a great day. We even had some new faces from Lavington have a go. This was a great lead up for the Vic Open being played this week. A special thanks to Julie Sands for her valued help in organising players and providing support on the day.

Events were conducted for A, B, C, D, E, Novice and Beginner grades.

Pictured below are Cameron Morris who took out his third A Grade title in a row and Rhys Gevaux who was awarded the Squash Enthusits Award for his good sportsmanship and for assisting some of the younger less experienced players on the day. This award was started by Noel Hubble who put a great deal of effort helping juniors in Kyabram and now Dean Hubble is continuing what his father started.

All participants have gained points which will count towards their Graded Ranking. The Graded Rankings will be updated in the very near future.

Thanks to all players for being ready to take to the court on time and assisting with marking and refing duties. Thanks also to Karen Morrissey for her help throughout the day with running the event.

The next VSF Graded Series event (#9 STATE TITLES) is to be held at MSAC on Sunday, 9 September.
