RACQUETBALL

Racquetball can be described as a 'quirky' cross between the games of squash and tennis. The game is played on a standard squash court, but unlike squash, you play with a racquet that has a larger head and a bigger and bouncier ball.

This program provides grade 3 to 6 students with an introduction to racquetball within the schoolyard.

All equipment for the schoolyard sessions is provided and the sessions are free of charge, thanks to the support of VicHealth.

As a follow up to the schoolyard sessions the students are invited to an introductory racquetball session at the squash courts.

For those children that enjoy the introductory racquetball session at the squash courts they will be able to join a 4-week mini racquetball competition and thereafter join an ongoing junior racquetball competition/coaching program.

SQUASH-IT

As a follow up to the schoolyard sessions the students are invited to an introductory squash session at the squash courts.

For those children that enjoy the introductory squash session at the squash courts they will be able to join a 4-week mini squash competition and thereafter join an ongoing junior squash competition/coaching program.
