The first ever official Australian Junior Graded Doubles Championship
held at MSAC proved to be a great success. Players from Interstate
competed and judging by the reaction of everyone fun was had by
all.
Events
were conducted for A, B, C, D, E grades and it was pleasing to again
see new players particapating in our Junior Tournament Circuit.
The players really got into the spirit of doubles by wearing matching
shirts or coming up with combinations that really had you looking
twice. At the end of the day the winner was the game of doubles
and the players are already talking about what they will wear next
year.

The
players on the left look to know what's going on but what's with
the right picture.
Looks
like somthing from Saturday Night Fever.
 
The
players from Kooyong made sure they were colour co-ordinated
and
we must thank the South Australians for providing some of our players
with thier shirts.
 
The
players on the left at least knew who was with who but just for
something different we had to have these guys on the right confuse
the issue.
As
you can see below the players made a great effort to wear matching
shirts.
These
trophies were what the players were playing for but the boys from
Kooyong shows you how the day went with smiles allround.
